Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Bubbyztopia is an independent cozy project crafted by @arturitu (unboring.net). We believe in simplicity, transparency, and respecting your privacy.

1. Information We Collect

• Guestbook & Feedback: If you submit a note through our Guestbook, we receive the message content. If you optionally choose to leave your email or Discord username for early access testing, we collect that handle solely to invite you or reply to your inquiry.
• Local Preferences: Your selected room, Pomodoro timer state, audio preferences, and custom theme modes are stored locally on your device via standard browser localStorage. They never leave your browser.
• Weather & Atmosphere: If you use local weather synchronization, your browser coordinates or selected city are used with public weather APIs (such as Open-Meteo) to fetch ambient conditions. We do not store or track your location history.

2. No Ad Trackers or Third-Party Analytics

Bubbyztopia does not use behavioral ad trackers, commercial advertising networks, or third-party marketing cookies.

3. How We Use Data

Data provided through the Guestbook is forwarded directly to our private Discord server to review suggestions, fix bugs, and invite interested users to the early testing community. We never sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties.

4. Contact Us

If you have any questions about this policy or want your feedback note removed, please reach out directly at [email protected].
